Further to the introduction of GDPR on 25^th May 2018, NYP Architectural Services  have created a Privacy Policy which governs data protection and protection of privacy in order to assure our customers and suppliers that we take this matter very seriously.

​We will only use your personal information to deliver the services you have requested from us, and to meet our legal responsibilities. We do not engage in email marketing and will never send you unsolicited emails nor will we disclose your details to a third party unless asked to do so.

We obtain information about you when you engage us to deliver our services as a customer or when we engage you to deliver our services as a supplier.

What type of information do we collect?

Information we collect consists of contact details, address, email, telephone numbers, bank details and certification/qualification/insurance details for suppliers, and order history for both suppliers and clients.

How is your information used?

As a general rule your information will only be used for the business purposes we have agreed primarily and will not be disclosed to any third party.

We may use your information as follows:

· To contact you via email, telephone or post

· Process financial transactions

· Verify opening hours/access.

· Credit check

Your information will not be passed to a third party, unless in the process of conducting the business to which we have been engaged. These third parties are fully vetted by ourselves.

Who has access to your information?

We will not sell or rent your information to any third party. We will not share your information to any third party for marketing purposes. Any staff with access to your information has a duty of confidentiality under the ethical standards this company practices. Third Party Service Providers working on our behalf

NYP Architectural Services engages a tried and trusted network of professionals

who are contracted to do the work required. These professional are only party to the

minimum information required to perform the task required and do not have access to our database. Our third party service providers will not contact you directly and all business is conducted via ours company.

Keeping your information up to date and secure is important to us. We commit to regularly review and correct where necessary, any information we retain. If any information changes please contact us as soon as possible.

You have a right to a copy of the information we hold on you, security precautions are in place

to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your information. We will endeavor to protect your information to the best of our ability and use password protection where applicable. We take the security of your data seriously and all our systems have appropriate security accordingly.
